DR. LYN BOYER
LYN BOYER has the expertise to support formal
and informal leaders in all organizational structures. Through seminars, coaching, writing, and consulting, she demonstrates her
commitment to assist individuals working to make a difference. Lyn's work in leadership development and
personal and professional coaching allows her to understand and support groups and individuals as they reach levels of
success they never thought possible. Her focus on Affective LeadershipSM provides a framework for practice and reflection. Lyn has gained a broad knowledge of
business and community involvement in both the public and private sectors through her experience in school planning and leadership
development in a school district in the midst of unprecedented change. As the principal of a Florida high school with over
2500 students and staff members, she had the opportunity to observe firsthand the challenges and successes associated with
leading a dynamic organization. Lyn has traveled extensively - leading groups to Europe and Asia. Experiences with diverse
groups and individuals provide a unique perspective - that despite many differences, leadership challenges are surprisingly
similar throughout the world.
ANTHONY DIBELLO -
ANTHONY J. DIBELLO has 40 years of experience in education as a teacher, athletic coach, and
educational administrator providing leadership in a variety of positions including assistant principal, principal, director,
and district coordinator of leadership development. He has demonstrated leadership competencies that improve communication,
build organizational skills, enhance employee relationships, increase visionary abilities, simplify decision making, understand
diversity, achieve balance in work and personal life, and leading and managing organizational change.
Tony’s experience in leadership development and his training/certification
in ontological coaching compliments Leadership Options’ mission to assist leaders in their quest for excellence.
In addition to his 40 years of professional experience, his passion and wisdom allow him to interact, to listen and to question
in conversations that explore, challenge, and have the potential to develop new understanding and approaches for better results.
